G&M Cosmetics Pty Ltd is a certified organic skincare manufacturer specialising in skin health remedies. G&M have been manufacturing & selling to national & global retailers for over 25 years. G&M’s foundations have been established with a very popular, high quality Australian Creams range & the Australian Oils Bio Essence range. Over the years G&M has developed their unique product offering & expanded into multiple categories – such as Body Wash, Body Lotions, Essential Oils & Baby Care.

Creating a foundation for the ongoing growth of G&M marketing’s online business. The result: a crafted user experience and new online presence. We designed & developed a new online presence, that helped to ensure we talked to all their personas. The website modelled the user journey of several personas we defined in the workshop. We also developed a My Skin Care algorithm that provided product recommendation based on users inputs.
